Where do I begin?
I cannot say enough positive things about James. James had an upbeat attitude as he helped us sell our home, in what were challenging and somewhat unusual circumstances. Picture it: A multigenerational household that consists of two working professionals with demanding jobs, a grandmother in her 70s, and three children under the age of 6. Needless to say we were bursting at the seams in our 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. However, we had been "stuck" for a long time and did not know where to begin to start the process of preparing to sell. Our house was cluttered and generally in a state of chaos and disorder ALL of the time (did I mention the three kids under 6?). James advised us on what we needed to do to get the house ready to list, but he did not stop there. He connected us with the appropriate professionals (professional organizers, cleaners, handymen, junk removal), but again he did not stop there! He literally runs a full-service shop. He helped us move items at the last minute, and literally rolled up his sleeves and got his hands dirty. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. There were a few missteps on our part along the way, but James was always upbeat and optimistic. He helped us to have a few laughs, when I wanted to cry. . a challenge to say the least. There was a period of time there where it felt like nothing was ever going to go our way. I’m not sure Brie and I make it through these last 1.5 years, or find our dream home, without our realtor James Joslin. As first-time homebuyers we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. None. I first met James in summer-ish of 2024 when he was holding an open house for one of my neighbor's place: at that point, I already had the plan of selling my place in spring-summer of 2025. So when I saw James installing the signs for the open house in the community, I reached out to him and James kindly answered many questions I had about the market situation in the area, strategies for selling a place in my exact community, and so on. This 5-min short walk/conversation was extremely helpful and at the end of it, I already almost made up my mind that I'd work with him when selling my place in a year later. As my plans got clearer in 2025, I reached to James and we had a couple of meetings in my place, carefully going through all the strategies, market situations, and how James and the team works on a property like mine. After these, I formally decided to work with him. From that point, we had about two months to plan everything, e.g., upgrades, cleaning, staging, and photographing. James is very organized, stays on top of everything, and is very responsive. So all worked out perfectly as planned: James and the team started cleaning and upgrading my place just a day after I moved out and finished everything including staging and photographing in a very timely manner so my place hit the market in just a week after I moved out. The two Saturday and Sunday open house sessions were apparently very successful, leading to multiple offers the following week. So we could get into contract in less than a week since the place hit the market! I feel very fortunate that I accidentally ran into James about a year ago. Again, James is the best realtor I've ever interacted with and it was really great to have James represent me as a seller.

Our very first offer was accepted in a competitive market on our first choice house, and it was largely due to James and the Wilton group helping us estimate the going price. We lived a while away from the West Windsor/Plainsboro area, and he helped view houses for us that we couldn’t get to ourselves. Throughout the process, James was very responsive and had recommendations for contractors, lawyers and inspectors.
